Why Greater Vancouver Agents Refer Pinnacle Inspections

Same-Day Reports

The full written report is ready before the walkthrough ends. Your clients leave with answers, not anxiety, and your transaction keeps moving.

Clear Findings, No Drama

I explain every deficiency in plain language, on-site, with the client standing right there. No confusion after the fact, no calls to you trying to decode the report.

Problems Flagged Before Closing

From hidden water damage to undersized HVAC on new builds, I find the issues that matter before subjects are removed, so your clients can negotiate from a position of knowledge rather than surprise.

How I work with agents and their clients

You need an inspector who shows up on time, does thorough work, and doesn’t create problems you have to manage. I get it. Your reputation is attached to every person you refer, and a sloppy inspection reflects on you, not just the inspector.

My job is to make sure your clients understand exactly what they’re buying before they close, whether that’s a condo in Burnaby or a rural property in Chilliwack with a septic system they’ve never dealt with. I do every inspection personally. I bring the report to the walkthrough so we can go through it on-site. And if your client calls me two weeks after closing with a question, I answer.

The Pinnacle Inspections approach

A partner you can count on, every transaction

I’ve inspected properties across the Greater Vancouver area, from Vancouver and Burnaby to Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Maple Ridge, and Port Coquitlam. My background in concrete, civil construction, electrical safety, and petroleum engineering means I catch the structural, drainage, and systems issues that a lot of inspectors walk right past. That’s not a credential claim. That’s what it looks like in practice when I find $50,000 in hidden kitchen water damage or save a buyer over $100,000 on a three-year-old house with failing foundations and undersized HVAC.

I’m not here to scare your buyers or blow up deals over minor items. I’m here to find the things that actually matter and explain them clearly, so your clients make informed decisions and you move forward with confidence.
